MY BLUE TESLA

Over-the-air updates have been very sparse lately, but it's not surprising given that Tesla is almost certainly focusing all of their efforts on getting Autopilot v2 cars on feature parity with v1 cars like mine. Plus, there's that Model 3 thing which is just around the corner. I suspect that these updates will be much more rare in the future.

During the day, I got notification that a new software version was available. I initiated the install at night as I started charging, and the next morning:
